If you have been injured in an automobile collision as the result of another individual's negligence, you are entitled to fair compensation for your injuries and financial losses. We can help you obtain prompt and efficient payment for your property damage, earnings, losses and medical care and a reasonable recovery for your physical injuries. There is no charge for handling your property damage claim or obtaining "no fault" insurance benefits. A contingency fee of 20% to 40% will pay for legal services associated with your compensation for physical injuries.

LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT

MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
If you have been the victim of a careless or incompetent medical practitioner, you may be able to obtain compensation for your injury. These claims are accepted on a contingency fee basis, if there is no recovery there is no legal fee.

MEDICAL PRODUCT LITIGATION
If you have been injured as the result of a medical product or drug, you maybe entitled to fair compensation for your injuries and financial losses. We have pursued and are continuing to pursue claims against pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. In appropriate cases, the simple failure to warn of a known risk or side-effect can result in large damage awards and even punitive damages.

WORKERS' COMPENSATION
If you are injured in the course of your employment, you may be entitled to medical care, continuing wage payments, vocational retraining and payments for permanent injuries. Workers' compensation claims are filed for free. Generally no fee is charged unless there is an award for a permanent injury. All fees are payable from the proceeds of the case. Fees range between 10% and 20% of the workers' compensation award.

DIVORCE, SEPARATION AND CUSTODY
In the event of marital difficulties, our attorneys can help you reach a comprehensive agreement which addresses all matters in dispute including property division, alimony and child custody. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, we are available to represent you in divorce and custody hearings. Fees are charged on an hourly basis.

CIVIL RIGHTS ACTION - DISCRIMINATION BASED ON AGE, SEX, RACE OR DISABILITY
Numerous, federal and state statutes protect individuals from unfair discrimination because of an individual's race, sex, age or certain physical disabilities. Our attorneys have extensive experience in this area of the law. We can help you through the initial filing of a complaint with a government regulatory agency and then, if necessary, through the court system. Attorney's fees are usually handled on a contingency basis and are often recoverable from the wrong-doer as part of the claim.
