Andrew Kahn has been engaged in medical malpractice, personal injury and workers' compensation litigation for 30 years. During the last ten years, he has served as a mediator for the circuit court system and has been certified as one of the mediators for Maryland's new compulsory medical malpractice mediation program. He has served on the MTLA Board of Governors and as chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and has lectured to the legal community in his areas of expertise. His extensive knowledge of mediation subject matter often provides for creative resolutions to seemingly intractable disputes.
Domestic Relations
David Diggs is trained in the mediation of family law disputes and serves as a domestic mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. For the past two decades, he has represented clients in divorce actions, child custody, visitation and support cases, adoptions, guardianships and paternity proceedings. He has written and published extensively on family law issues and has presented continuing legal education programs on family law litigation, child abuse and custody disputes. Mr. Diggs has an AV peer review rating from the American Bar Association. He is the current Chair of the MTLA's Family Law Section and a past Chair of the Bar Association for Baltimore City's Family Law Committee.
