KSC Law is known for representing unions and supporting their work on behalf of employees, as well as advocating for workers generally. The Firm is also now known for its expertise in the area of administrative law (including government procurement), and for representing individuals injured at work and by the negligence of others.

Established in 1992, the Firm has built a reputation for supporting unions and improving working conditions for employees through litigation, legislation, and collective bargaining. That reputation is founded on dedication to the ideals and values of union clients and on vigorous advocacy. Today, the Firm is led by Principals F. J. Collins, Keith Zimmerman, David Wright, and Christopher Ryon, along with a smart and talented team of associates and support staff.
