DAVID W. MOELLMAN

David W. Moellman is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and received the School’s Advanced Certificate in Health Law. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in health administration and health policy from Pennsylvania State University and an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland. During law school he clerked in the Office of the Attorney General - Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and in the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division-Health Advocacy Unit. He is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia and Pennsylvania bars. He also is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Health Lawyers Association, Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and Maryland State Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation and workers’ compensation.
