ANDREW H. KAHN

Andrew H. Kahn is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Law. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He also served as Chairman of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Committee. In 2006 he recieved the MTLA Civil Justice Award.

Mr. Kahn has achieved the "AV" rating (highest degree) in the Martindale-Hubbell national directory of attorneys and is listed in the Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers. He has served as a lecturer regarding medical malpractice and personal injury trial strategies for the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and also has been appointed as a mediator for the Circuit Courts for Baltimore City and Baltimore County. He focuses his practice on medical litigation including medical malpractice, wrongful death, serious personal injury and workers' compensation.
