DAVID V. DIGGS
David Diggs graduated magna cum laude from Towson State University in 1983 and the University of Maryland School of Law in 1986. He practices personal injury and family law. He has represented clients in divorce actions; child custody, visitation and support cases; adoptions; guardianships; and paternity proceedings. He is a frequent lecturer before professional and community groups on these topics and he has authored numerous volumes focusing on these issues. Mr. Diggs is co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Bar Association of Baltimore City. He is also trained in the mediation of family law disputes and serves as a mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
In addition to an active family law practice, Mr. Diggs has successfully represented clients in all areas of personal injury litigation. He has recovered sizeable awards for the firm's clients who have suffered serious personal injury and the death of loved ones. Mr. Diggs is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Maryland State Bar Association; Maryland Trial Lawyers Association; Bar Association of Baltimore City; and, Anne Arundel County Bar Association. He is a volunteer for the Women's Law Center Family Law Hot Line and is the recipient of the 1995 Maryland Bar Association People's Pro Bono Award.
