F.J. Collins Successful Before Court of Appeals: Court Orders Circuit Court Reversed and FOP-Sponsored Referendum On To Ballot
F.J. Collins argued before Maryland’s highest court to defend the right of voters to sign a petition and have that signature count. The following day, the Court issued an order agreeing. The Court reversed a lower court which demanded “perfection” and discarded signatures over minor issues.”
